Lendlease is looking for a candidate to recruit
as a Structural BIM Specialist in our Italian Office in Milan. The resource
will be member of projects BIM team.
The resource will be responsible for:

Structural modelling in line with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
·
Structural 2D drawings and details drawings
·
Coordination of Revit models,
collaborating with other disciplines
·
Clash detection analysis and report
·
Using discipline analysis and design
software
·
Prepare models for use in discipline
specific 4D(time) and 5D(cost) analysis tools
·
BOQ (Bill of quantities): exporting
modeled quantities from BIM models
·
Collaborate with the BIM Manager to
update the Capitolato Informativo and other BIM documents
·
Explore new software and solutions for
innovation
Internship duration:
Min 6 months
Required studies
Laurea specialistica
in Ingegneria Civile or similar
Master in BIM as a plus
Knowledge skills:
Software: Autodesk Revit (Structure); Autodesk
Navisworks; Revizto; Dynamo; Solibri Model Checker; Autodesk AutoCAD; Tekla
Structures; STR Vision CPM
Very good English, both oral and written
Strong IT skills
