Supporting the tutor and the team, the candidate will learn to handle the following responsibilities:

• Follow entire process (Opening , handling and settlement including investigation, gather information)

• Fairly and emphatic approach to Customer

• Ability to constantly update the file based on the information gathered to ensure data accuracy

• Cooperation with all other functions to provide prompt responses.

• Work in accordance with the company best practices and guidelines

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law or Economy

• Good knowledge of English written and spoken

• Negotiation skills and ability to anticipate critical issues

• Problem-solving skills, resilience and ability to work in a team

• Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and willingness to deliver and improve the quality of our offerings, demonstrating prioritization of work

Previous experience in Claims or the insurance sector is a plus
